BAKED SAUERKRAUT CASSEROLE 
3 c. potatoes (cold), diced
1/2 lb. ground beef, cooked and drained
1 1/2 c. sauerkraut, drained and rinsed well
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
3/4 c. milk
1 c. bread crumbs

Mix all ingredients, except bread crumbs. Place in casserole and top with bread crumbs. Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
