FRESH COCONUT CAKE | |
1 yellow cake mix 1 can Eagle Brand milk 1 can cream of coconut (may find where mixers are for alcoholic beverages) 1 lg. (9-10 oz.) carton Cool Whip 1 pkg. frozen coconut or flaked (12 oz.) Prepare cake mix according to directions. Bake in 13 x 9 inch pan. Remove from oven. Prick with a fork and pour a mix of 1 can cream of coconut and 1 can Eagle Brand milk over cake. Let cool. Mix Cool Whip and coconut. Spread on cooled cake. Refrigerate. Serves 12. |
