Seeds from your Halloween Jack-o-Lantern
3-4 tbsp. melted butter
Dash of Worcestershire sauce
Salt

Clean and wash seeds. Mix all ingredients together and place on cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees until seeds are brown and crispy. Stir from time to time.
