ROASTED PUMPKIN SEEDS | |
After removing seeds from pumpkin, put them in a colander and rinse well. Try to remove as much of the pumpkin pulp as possible. Allow them to drain. Spread seeds on a baking sheet that has been thoroughly coated with butter. Sprinkle with salt. Bake at 400 degrees for about 10 minutes, turn once, then bake for about 5 minutes more or until golden. |
