BRAN MUFFINS 
2 c. Nabisco Bran Buds
1 qt. buttermilk
4 eggs, beaten
4 c. All Bran cereal
1 c. Wesson oil
5 c. flour
2 c. boiling water
2 c. sugar
5 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt

Pour boiling water over bran; let stand 7 minutes. Add buttermilk. In another bowl, cream sugar, oil and eggs. Add flour, soda and salt. Add to bran mixture. Mix slightly. Bake at 375 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Do not use paper cups. Keeps 30 days in Tupperware bowl in refrigerator.
