BARBECUED PORK RIBS 
4 lbs. pork ribs
1/4 c. vinegar
1 tsp. Lawry's seasoned salt
1/2 tsp. each garlic salt, Accent, pepper
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper

Dip ribs in vinegar. Sprinkle with seasoning. Cook over charcoal, bone side down, for 3 to 4 hours or until tender. Add hickory chicks soaked in water to charcoal. Turn ribs over to drain. Yield: 2-4 servings.
