PARMESAN CHICKEN BREASTS 
8 tbsp. fine dry bread crumbs
3 1/2 tbsp. Parmesan cheese
1 tbsp. + 1 tsp. parsley
1/2 tsp. each garlic powder & paprika
1/4 tsp. thyme & sage
Pepper to taste
4 skinned, boned chicken breasts
1/2 c. broth
1/4 c. sherry or water

Combine bread crumbs and spices, cheese, and parsley in a bowl or bag. Add chicken, 1 at a time to coat. Place in baking pan and sprinkle with some of extra crumbs. Pour in sherry or water. Bake 20 minutes, basting once. Add more water if needed. Remove cover and bake 5 to 10 minutes until chicken is tender. Good with rice pilaf.
