CHICKEN & RICE CASSEROLE 
4 chicken breasts
1 1/2 c. rice
1 env. Lipton onion soup
3 c. water
1 can cream of chicken soup

Butter casserole dish. Mix rice with water and soup. Mix in dish. Salt and pepper chicken breasts and place on top of rice. Spoon chicken soup over top. Cover and bake at 300 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
