10 oz. pkg. frozen peas
1/2 c. diced cheddar cheese
2 hard boiled eggs, sliced
1/4 c. chopped celery
2 tbsp. chopped onion
3 tomatoes, chopped
1/3 c. mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. Tabasco sauce
1/8 tsp. pepper

Mix first 6 ingredients. Combine mayonnaise, salt, pepper and Tabasco sauce. Toss and chill. Keep refrigerated.
