SPINACH FETTUCINI 
1 box spinach fettucini
3 diced scallions
1 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 carton heavy whipping cream
1/4 c. butter
salt and pepper to taste

Boil and drain fettucini. Stir in butter. Add chopped scallions, cheese, salt and pepper. In separate bowl beat cream until stiff. Fold into noodle mixture. Serve.
