PUDDING BAR 
1 c. flour
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. chopped nuts
2 tbsp. sugar
8 oz. Philly cream cheese
1/2 c. powdered sugar
1/2 lg. carton Cool Whip
2 pkgs. instant pudding
2 1/2 c. cold milk

Mix flour, butter, nuts and sugar and press in 9"x13" pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes. Let cool.

Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar and Cool Whip and spread over cooled crust. Mix 2 packages of pudding and milk and spread over cream cheese mix. Top with the rest of the Cool Whip and sprinkle with chopped nuts.

TIPS: May be frozen.

Be sure to use instant pudding. These are some suggested flavors.

1 package chocolate and 1 package vanilla. Top with chocolate curls (this is also known as "The Next Best Thing To Robert Redford")

2 packages banana instant pudding

2 packages coconut instant pudding

2 packages pistachio instant pudding (great for St. Patrick's Day or Christmas).
