1 lb. ground chuck
1 egg
2 tbsp. diced onion
4 tbsp. milk
1 tsp. each salt and pepper
1 c. dry bread crumbs
1/4 c. "Maul's" BBQ Sauce
1 tbsp. brown sugar
4 slices raw bacon

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all ingredients except for the bacon. Pat into a loaf shape and place into loaf pan. Spread raw slices of bacon on top of loaf. Bake at 350 degrees for one hour.
