EASY LASAGNA 
1/2 lb. ground beef
1 jar (32 oz.) spaghetti sauce
1/2 c. water
1 1/2 c. ricotta or cottage cheese
1 egg
1/2 tsp. pepper
8 lasagna noodles, uncooked
1/2 lb. mozzarella cheese, thinly sliced
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese

Set power select at high. In a large glass bowl crumble ground beef. Heat 2-3 minutes or until beef is browned, stirring once; drain. Stir in spaghetti sauce and water. Combine ricotta cheese, egg and pepper.

In oblong baking dish, spoon 1/2 cup sauce; alternately layer of noodles, egg mixture, mozzarella cheese and sauce. Forming 2 layers. Heat, covered, 8 minutes at high. Set power select at medium low. Heat covered, 30-32 minutes or until noodles are tender. Top with Parmesan cheese; let stand covered 15 minutes before serving. Yield: 6 servings.
