EASY GELATIN SALAD 
1 (3 oz.) box Jello (orange, lemon or lime)
1 (8 oz.) can drained, crushed pineapple
1/2 bag miniature marshmallows
1/2 of 9 oz. Cool Whip (more or less)
1 (11 oz.) can drained mandarin oranges

Or 1 small can drained fruit cocktail.

Prepare Jello according to directions. Refrigerate and let set until "wiggly". Then beat on high speed with electric mixer until light, airy and about double in volume. Then fold in the pineapple, mandarin oranges, marshmallows and Cool Whip. Refrigerate until set. Salad can be made and ready in 2 hours or less. Drained maraschino cherries and/or chopped walnuts may also be added.
