HOLIDAY JELLO SALAD 
1 (8 oz.) crushed pineapple (drained)
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges (drained and cut up)
1 c. cottage cheese
1 (3 oz.) Jello, red or green (do not dissolve)
1 (4 1/2 oz.) Cool Whip

Mix the fruit and cottage cheese together. Add Jello powder and mix well. Fold in Cool Whip and blend well. Spoon into mold. Chill 6 hours.
