8 to 10 medium sized yams
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. white sugar
1/2 c. orange juice
2 tbsp. cornstarch
4 tbsp. butter

Boil and peel yams. Make a sauce of other ingredients. Put potatoes in 2 quart baking dish. Pour sauce over them, and bake about 30 minutes.
