JANET'S ANGEL CORNBREAD 
1 1/2 c. cornmeal
1 pkg. dry yeast
1 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
2 eggs, beaten
2 c. buttermilk
1/2 c. oil

Combine dry ingredients. Combine eggs, milk, and oil; mix with dry ingredients. Bake in greased cornstick pans at 450 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes. You will need to bake muffins or cornbread pone little longer until golden brown.

Nothing says "summer", in the south better than cornbread and fresh vegetables.
