"NO PEEKIE" CHICKEN 
1 c. uncooked reg. rice
1 can celery soup, undiluted
1 can mushroom soup, undiluted
1 full soup can of milk
1 pkg. onion soup mix
4 tbsp. melted butter
1 chicken, cut up (or pieces)

Coat 9 x 13 inch pan with oil or butter. Put rice in bottom of pan. Mix soups and milk and pour over rice. Lay chicken over top and sprinkle with onion soup mix. Drizzle melted butter over all. Cover with foil. Bake at 325 degrees for 2 1/2 to 3 hours. No Peekie!
