SPINACH CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
2 to 3 c. cooked chicken (breasts are best)
1 sm. pkg. sm. noodles cooked in chicken broth
2 tbsp. seasoned salt
1/3 c. chopped onions
2 sm. cans sliced mushrooms
3 to 4 tsp. butter
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. mayonnaise
Juice of 2 full lemons

Saute mushrooms and onions in butter and mix in with all the rest of the above ingredients. 1 c. Parmesan cheese 1 c. water chestnuts 1 sm. jar chopped pimentos 2 pkgs. frozen chopped spinach, thawed

Mix all together. Top with crushed cracker crumbs and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
