CALIFORNIA MARINADE 
1 c. salad oil
3/4 c. soy sauce
1/2 c. lemon juice
1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 c. prepared mustard
1/2 tsp. coarsely cracked pepper
2 cloves minced garlic

Combine ingredients. Cut meat in cubes and let soak in marinade an hour in refrigerator before using. Great for fondue.
