JEANNE'S BISCOTTIS 
6 eggs
1 3/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. anise oil (not flavoring)
1/2 lb. butter
6 c. flour
6 tsp. baking powder
Dash of salt

Cream sugar and butter. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each one. Combine dry ingredients and stir in. Pour batter onto pastry cloth (floured). Knead slightly. Divide into 6 parts and form loaves. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes (2 per cookie sheet and lightly greased). When completely cooked, ice with powdered sugar icing and non-pareil candy decorations. 6 loaves.
