FILLET OF SOLE WITH SHRIMP AND
MUSHROOMS
 
1 lb. sole
1/2 c. sm. shrimp
3/4 can mushroom soup
1/2 c. dry white wine
1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, chopped
1 sm. onion, chopped
1/2 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese

Saute lightly onions, shrimp and mushrooms in 1 tablespoon of butter. In a 9x12 inch dish, layer fish. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and paprika to taste. Spread onion, shrimp and mushroom mixture over fillets.

Mix soup and wine and pour over fish and sprinkle cheese on top. Bake in a 400 degree oven for 20 minutes.
