THREE BEAN CASSEROLE 
1 (16 oz.) can red kidney beans, rinsed
1 (16 oz.) can garbanzo bean, rinsed
1 (16 oz.) can Lima beans, rinsed
1 lb. ground beef
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 garlic clove, minced
1 c. packed brown sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. prepared mustard
1/2 c. catsup
1 tsp. ground cumin
1/4 c. water
1 tbsp. vinegar

In a 2 1/2 quart casserole, combine beans, set aside. In a skillet cook beef, onion, garlic until beef is no longer pink. Remove from heat, drain, add remaining to skillet mix well. Stir meat mixture into beans. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Yield: 6 to 8 servings
