VEAL SCALLOPINI 
3-4 raw eggs
Italian bread crumbs
Veal scallopini
Olive oil

Dip each scallopini in egg and bread crumbs. Repeat dipping. Heat olive oil in skillet. Saute scallopini 1 to 2 minutes per side. Serve with spaghetti carbonara!
