GERMAN CHOCOLATE'S COUSIN CAKE 
1 box yellow cake mix
1 pkg. vanilla instant pudding
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
4 eggs
1/2 c. oil
1/2 c. water
6 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 bar German chocolate, grated
1 c. pecans

Mix cake mix, pudding, sour cream, eggs, oil and water together. Add chocolate chips, chocolate bar (grated) and pecans.

Bake at 350°F for 1 hour in tube or Bundt pan.
