GRANDMA'S ICE CREAM 
1 qt. milk
2 c. sugar
1/4 c. flour
3 eggs
1 pt. cream
1 tsp. vanilla

Scald milk. Mix together sugar and flour; add to milk. Separate eggs, beat yolks; add to mixture. Stir in cream. Cook until a thin custard is formed. Cool and add 1 cup sugar and vanilla. Beat egg whites until stiff; fold into custard. Freeze slowly in ice cream maker.
