FRESH PEACH ICE CREAM 
5 eggs
2 1/2 c. sugar, divided
1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
1 (13 oz.) can evaporated milk
1 tbsp. vanilla extract
Milk
2 c. mashed peaches

Beat eggs until frothy; add 2 cups sugar and beat well. Add condensed milk, evaporated milk and vanilla; continue to beat until well blended. Pour mixture into a 1 gallon freezer container.

Add milk to fill freezer container 4 inches from top; freeze about 5 minutes or until custard is thick.

Combine peaches and 1/2 cup sugar; remove dasher, and add peaches to custard. Return dasher, and freeze until firm according to freezer instructions. Let ripen about 1 hour. Yield: 1 gallon.
