SALISBURY STEAK 
1 can golden mushroom soup
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/2 c. water
1/4 c. chopped onions
1/2 c. sliced mushrooms

Mix 1/4 cup soup with all other ingredients except water. Shape into patties; place in a baking dish.

Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes; drain off fat. Mix remaining soup with water. Pour over meat. Bake about 10-20 minutes more.
