DISH PAN COOKIES 
2 c. brown sugar
2 c. white sugar
2 c. oil
4 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. baking soda
4 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
1 1/2 c. Minute oats
2 c. coconut
4 c. corn flakes (not crushed)

Preheat oven to 325°F. In a very large bowl, cream sugars, oil and eggs.

In a separate bowl, mix together flour, soda, baking powder and salt and stir into creamed mixture. Add oats, coconut, cornflakes and chocolate chips. Drop by spoonful on ungreased baking sheet.

Bake 8 to 10 minutes for soft cookies or 10 to 12 minutes for crunchy cookies.

Makes 8 to 10 dozen.
