HOT CHICKEN SALAD 
2 hard boiled eggs
1 c. cooked rice
1 onion, grated
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. chopped chicken (cooked)
1/4 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. lemon juice

Mix all ingredients together. Pour into casserole dish; put crushed potato chips on top and bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
