CHICKEN SALAD (HOT) 
2 c. chicken or turkey (I bake chicken breasts in pan covered with foil at 400~ for 1 hour)
2 c. chopped celery (small pieces)
1 tsp. grated onion
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. mayo (Hellmann's)
1/2 c. nuts (almonds or pecans)

Mix together and put in casserole. Top with 1/2 cup grated cheese and 1 cup crushed potato chips.

Bake at 350°F for 25 minutes until chips are lightly browned.
