GINGERBREAD COOKIES 
1/4 c. butter
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. molasses
3 1/2 c. flour
1/3 c. water
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. ginger
1/4 tsp. allspice
3/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt

Blend butter and sugar. Beat in molasses and water; stir in rest of ingredients.

Roll out and use desired cookie cutter. Bake at 350 degrees for 12 minutes.
