VEG-ALL CASSEROLE 
2 cans Veg-All mixed vegetables, drained
1 can water chestnuts, drained and chopped
1 sm. onion, grated (optional)
1 c. shredded cheese
3/4 c. mayonnaise

TOPPING:

1 stack Ritz crackers
1 stick butter

Mix above ingredients and pour into ungreased casserole dish. Top with crushed Ritz crackers and melted butter mixed together. Sprinkle on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
