VEG-ALL CASSEROLE 
2 cans Veg-All mixed vegetables, drained
1 can water chestnuts, drained
1 c. grated cheese
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 pack Ritz crackers, crushed
1 stick butter, melted

Combine first 4 ingredients in casserole dish. Mix well. top with cracker crumbs and pour butter over crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
