SEMI-SWEET FROSTING 
1 c. semi-sweet chocolate bits
2 tbsp. butter
3 tbsp. milk
Dash of salt
1 c. sifted confectioners sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Combine chocolate bits, butter, milk, and salt in a saucepan. Melt and stir over low heat. Remove from heat. Add sugar and vanilla. Blend in on Fold-Stir speed, then beat on Beat-Whip speed until smooth. Adjust consistency with more confectioners sugar to milk, if necessary. Frosts brownies, 9 x 9 x 2 inch cake or two 9 inch layers.
