FISH LOAF 
2 c. flaked, cooked fish
1 1/2 c. bread crumbs
1/3 c. milk
1 can clam chowder soup
2 eggs, slightly beaten
3 tbsp. chopped green onion
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1/8 tsp. pepper

Combine bread crumbs and milk in a bowl, stir for a minute or two. Then add remaining ingredients and mix well. Spread mixture in a greased 8 x 4 inch loaf pan. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 55-60 minutes, or until a knife inserted in the middle comes out clean. 4 servings.
