STRAWBERRIES GRANDE MARNIER 
2 boxes strawberries (lg. ones with stems if possible)
12 oz. bittersweet chocolate
Grande Marnier

Wash and dry berries thoroughly. Inject strawberries, using cooking or hypodermic needle, with enough Grand Marnier to fill, about 1 1/2-2 CC's per strawberry. Be careful, if you fill them too much they will leak.

Melt chocolate in double boiler or microwave oven. Dip berries in chocolate, holding them by their stems. Place on foil covered cookie sheet and refrigerate until firm. May be prepared the night before serving.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
