PUMPKIN COOKIE BARS 
1 c. flour
1/2 c. quick oats
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. chopped nuts
1 3/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. melted butter
1 can Libby solid pumpkin
3/4 c. undiluted evaporated milk
1 slightly beaten egg
1/3 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. allspice
1/4 tsp. salt

TOPPING:

8 oz. cream cheese
1/4 c. orange marmelade

Combine flour, oats, brown sugar, nuts and cinnamon. Add butter, mix until crumbly. Press into bottom of 13x9x2 inch pan. Bake in oven at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Remove from oven and combine remaining ingredients. Pour over crust. Bake in slow oven for 30 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. Combine 8 ounces cream cheese and 1/4 cup orange marmelade until fluffy and spread over bars. Makes approximately 32.
