PUMPKIN COOKIES 
1 c. Libby's packed pumpkin
1/2 c. light molasses
2 c. sugar
1 c. butter
1 egg

Cream butter and sugar in large bowl until light and fluffy. Beat in egg, molasses and pumpkin. Then beat in:

4 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. ginger
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. clove

Chill dough until firm. Shape in 1 inch balls. Roll in granulated sugar, place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake in 350 degree oven for 15 minutes. Cookies will be soft.
