PUMPKIN COOKIES 
2 c. flour
1 c. oatmeal, uncooked
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. butter
1 c. firmly packed brown sugar
1 c. white sugar
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. Libby's solid pack pumpkin
1 c. chocolate chips

TOPPING:

Any white icing
Raisins, candies or nuts, etc.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine flour, oats, baking soda, cinnamon and salt. Cream butter and sugars; add egg and vanilla. Alternate additions of dry ingredients, then pumpkin to creamed mixture. Mix all. Stir in chips.

Drop onto cookie sheet (greased), form stem, lightly shape into pumpkins. Bake 20-25 minutes. Decorate.
