BEER BREAD 
3 c. self-rising flour
1/2 c. sugar
1 (12 oz.) can beer
dash of salt

Combine all ingredients.

Bake in greased loaf pan at 350°F for 50 minutes. Rub butter on crust immediately after taking out of oven.

Note: Flour must be self-rising.
