TURKEY QUICHE 
1 (6 oz.) pkg. chicken-flavored stuffing mix
1 c. turkey
1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
4 eggs, beaten
5 1/2 oz. evaporated milk

Mix stuffing package according to directions. Press into 9-inch pie pan or quiche pan as a crust. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes.

Meanwhile, combine the meat and cheese and mix. In another bowl, beat eggs, add milk and 1/8 teaspoon pepper. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes or until set in center. Let stand for 10 minutes before cutting to serve. Decorate with a tomato wedge on each piece.
