HAMBURGER QUICHE 
8 oz. hamburger
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. milk
2 whole eggs, beaten
1 tbsp. cornstarch
8 oz. sharp cheese, shredded, med.
1/3 c. (2 oz.) onions
1/8 tsp. pepper (white or black)
1 uncooked 9 or 10-inch pie shell

Saute hamburger, drain off excess fat. Blend mayonnaise, milk, eggs, and cornstarch until smooth. Add hamburger, cheese, onion and pepper. Pour mixture into pie shell. Bake in 400 degree oven for 10-15 minutes until filling has begun to set.

Reduce oven to 350 degrees and bake for another 25 minutes or until inserted knife comes out clean. Allow quiche to set for a few minutes, cut into 6 portions, serve hot.
