1/3 c. butter
3/4 c. firmly packed brown sugar
1/4 c. honey
1 tsp. vanilla
6 c. Kellogg's Crispix cereal
1 c. mini pretzels
1 c. salted mixed nuts
Vegetable cooking spray

In a 13"x9"x2" baking pan coated with cooking spray. Combine cereal, pretzels and nuts. Set aside.

In large saucepan over medium heat, combine butter, sugar and honey. Bring mixture to a boil and continue to boil 5 minutes. Do not stir.

Remove from heat. Stir in vanilla. Pour syrup over cereal mixture, stir until well coated.

Bake at 250 degrees for 1 hour. Stir every 15 minutes. Let cool on cookie sheets. Store in air tight container.
