HONOLULU QUEEN PUDDING 
1 c. coconut
3 tbsp. fresh bread crumbs
2 tbsp. melted butter
1 c. milk
1 c. raisins
1/2 c. sugar
2 beaten egg yolks
1 tsp. vanilla

Bake 30 minutes in moderate oven. Spread with warm apricot jam and top with meringue. Serve warm.
