POTATOES QUEEN ANNE 
4 lg. baking potatoes
2 tbsp. lemon juice
Salt to taste
Freshly ground black pepper
Sugar
1/2 c. chopped green onion
1 c. crumbled cooked bacon
1 c. Mozzarella cheese, grated
1 c. chicken broth
1/2 c. dry white wine
Chopped green onion for garnish

Preheat oven to 375. Peel and thinly slice potatoes. Arrange a layer of potato slices in the bottom of a buttered shallow baking dish. Sprinkle with a little lemon juice, salt, pepper and sugar. Top with some of the chopped green onion, crumbled bacon and grated cheese. Repeat until everything is used, ending with cheese. Pour the chicken broth and wine over the potatoes and bake for approximately 45 minutes or until potatoes are tender and top is browned. Garnish with green onion. Serves 4-6.
