OLD FASHIONED CARROT CAKE 
2 cups all-purpose flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 cups sugar
1 1/2 cups vegetable oil
4 eggs
1 medium can crushed pineapple
2 cups grated carrots
1 cup nuts

Sift flour and dry ingredients together. Add oil and eggs. Mix well. Add pineapple and carrots. Add nuts. Pour into three greased and floured 9-inch pans.

Bake at 350°F for 25 to 30 minutes.
