SOUR DOUGH BREAD 
6 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 c. sugar
1 tbsp. salt
1 1/2 c. hot water
1 c. sour dough starter

Sift together flour, sugar and salt. Add water; mix until well blended. Add starter; mix until well blended and moist. Cover and let rise 8-12 hours.

Punch down. Knead on floured board a few times. Shape into loaves or biscuits. Put into pans. Let rise until double (8 hours). Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
