KNOX BLOCKS 
4 envelopes Knox unflavored gelatin
3 c. boiling water
3 (3 oz.) pkgs. flavored gelatin
1 c. heavy cream

In large bowl, combine both gelatins. Add boiling water and stir until gelatin is completely dissolved. Add cream, a little at a time and stir well. Pour into a shallow baking pan 9 x 13 inches; chill until firm. Cut into squares.
