BURRITO CASSEROLE | |
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef 1 can refried beans 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 can cream of chicken soup 3/4 bottle taco sauce (hot) Soft floured shells 2 lg. bags taco or cheddar cheese Brown meat and drain. Add beans; mix well. Add soups and taco sauce. Mix well on low heat until hot. Cut 5 or more shells in half, or to fit the size of casserole dish. In casserole dish, put 1 layer of meat mixture, 1 layer of shells, then a layer of cheese. Repeat layers until meat mixture is used up, ending with cheese on top. Bake at 350 degrees for about 15 minutes. Take out and let set for about 10 minutes, then serve. |
